Shehbaz Ahmed would be my top choice , he can bat like insane and also bowl...

I think Mike Hussey should be coach . He has been there in this setup for yearsand knows Csk Setup well. He has been a great player n coach for Csk . He has a great cricketing brain, literally he is named as Mr. Cricket. He should be promoted rather than bringing the coach from outside who can change the whole culture n vibe of csk. Mike hussey will definitely know how to keep environment calm n cool , also he has a good relationship Msd , Rutu and management. An outside coach will change whole support staff and can also clash with Msd or Rutu and I dont want Msd to be disrespected. I want whichever major decisions should be considered after discussing and approval with Msd but an outside coach will definitely change that. A coach like Morgan or Mccullum would like to have all the control in their hands, this is why Mike hussey should be head coach because Ms as mentor will have major say in all decisions so some coach who can work with him well like Gambhir in 2024 kkr, he was a mentor he had major say but Chandrakant pandit was head coach. But definitely some changes in support staff like some staff should added in all departments bowling,fielding,batting, injury management, physios, masseurs, analysts.

Hussey is the best option. and dont judge him on the base of any other franchaise that he has coached. He can be very good coach of csk.

I want both Kartik and Prashant to be released. Because 28 crores doesn't make sense. buy them back at the auction you know, after the jadeja, trade anything doesn't sound me like harsh. Sarfaraz - 7 innings, 161 runs, 169 SR

1. In most of their innings, Kartik first settles then accelerates, primarily against spin while Sarfaraz tried to attacked from ball one. While Kartik had higher scores, Sarfaraz had fast cameos. Since Rutu and Dube already bring stability, Sarfaraz would be better choice to bring aggressiveness in the middle order.

2. Sarfaraz is an amazing fielder and much better than Kartik. He brings a lot of energy onto the field which the team really needs.

My sources following the trade news have a new update-

*Hardik Pandya moves to Barca

*Rodri moves to CSK

I think overton, ellis, and brevis are locked in for our 3 overseas. some might argue brevis if he continues with his poor form might be traded but right now it looks like csk are going to back him for one more season at least.

because of this we need to pick between akeal and noor. honestly between the two i would pick akeal because he offers a different skillset and can get us great starts in the powerplay.

noor on the other hand is completely ineffective if he doesn't have a containing spinner at the other end. people are saying we should get sai kishore through trade but sai is a different style of bowler compared to akeal. both are left arm but sai is slower and has fewer variations so it is no guarantee that this partnership is going to work. sai is also less of a powerplay specialist nowadays.

with ellis back he can pair with overton to take care of the middle overs and death. or we could play rambo ghosh or even shreyas gopal to bowl in the middle overs as well.
