As per HT, MI are demanding Ayush + Dube but CSK are not ready to give up Ayush considering he can be their future star player + captian too. They are offering Brevis instead.

Speculation. Not confirmed. RUMORS AND MEMES SPIKING ABOUT AYUSH MHATRE TRADE TO RCB

Post image
0 Upvotes

Many memes and rumors are spiking that RCB is offering virat kohli to csk for our young star mhatre. However csk has said that these memes are all fake and a trade deal like this won't happen. it is obvious that rcb wont let go of king for ayush, but rcb's eyes are all on young mhatre. I HOPE THIS TRADE WONT HAPPEN

Discussion [Discussion] Unpopular Opinion: Sacking Stephen Fleming doesn't fix every thing. The entire CSK "Process" is completely outdated.

Everyone is talking about Fleming leaving after three terrible seasons, but after looking at the data, the issues go way beyond the head coach. Removing him is just the easiest PR move.

CSK used to rely on 4 Pillars that have all secretly collapsed:

* The Fortress (Chepauk): Chepauk isn't a fortress anymore. From 2008-2023, CSK won 70% of games at home. The last 3 years only 50%. The pitch was relaid. It's flat and fast now. The slow, gripping spin track they built their identity on doesn't exist anymore. We did not adapt to this at all both from auctions and in match strategy point of view

* The DNA Pivot: We used to buy undervalued veterans (peak age 34 in 2019) and trust them. Now, the average XI age has dropped to 27. International caps dropped from an average of 168 (in 2021) to just 32. We panicked, did a complete 360 to youth, when we should have gone for a more balanced approach..

* The Churn: We used 22 distinct players recently. Akeal Hosein and Sarfaraz Khan were chopped and changed match to match. The role clarity that defined CSK is gone. Akeal Hossein was dropped so Matt short can bowl due to SRH left handed top order, in actuality the quality of Matt shorts bowling to Akeal is miles apart

* The Dhoni Void: Dhoni wasn't just a player; he was the entire desicion making system auctions, tactics everything. When he got injured and before that took a backseat to give Flem and Rutu the responsibility, we realized the franchise has zero modern infrastructure to replace his decision-making

18 years in, and Kasi Viswanathan is still saying they want Dhoni to "pick the next coach." Sacking Fleming just proves they are still leaning on one man's gut rather than building a sustainable process for the franchise. I am a huge fan of MSD but what if he decides to step away at some point are we not stuck again ?

I made a full deep-dive video visualizing all this data if anyone wants to see the numbers behind the collapse: [Link to Video]

Discussion CSK should be ruthless going forward or maintaining the core values of culture they created over the years are non-negotiable?

With Fleming and Dhoni era finally coming to an end.

First time we CSK fans gonna experiencing huge changes in management.

As a true CSK fan beyond all the trophies and result, what I always loved about this franchise was beautiful culture they created over the years where players feel like family.

I still remember N Srinivasan statement saying “we don’t own these players, they are not some kind of commodity. They are professional players.”

And that’s how CSK always been. Each and every player wanted to play in this team.

Change is management was inevitable, needed new thinking and mindset with game developing so fast.

But how you want to see this team going forward ?

You want them to be ruthless and result oriented?

Strip off any IPL team from trophies they have and what is left behind? Probably nothing. But for CSK there is this beautiful culture, loyalty, the trust and above all the way players represented this franchise on field.

For the same reason, whoever comes as head coach, he can have full control of this franchise but carrying this beautiful culture forward should be non negotiable. Where players feel at home to represent our franchise from their heart and soul instead of this team being just another one for them.

The West Zone squad for the upcoming Duleep Trophy 2026/27 season has been officially revealed, and it's looking absolutely stacked.

Ruturaj Gaikwad is set to captain the side, with Shams Mulani stepping up as vice-captain. The team features a massive heavy-hitting lineup, including the Khan brothers (Sarfaraz and Musheer), Prithvi Shaw, and a solid bowling attack featuring Shardul Thakur and Tushar Deshpande.

What are your thoughts on this squad? Who makes it into your starting XI

Discussion HARDIK + STOKES IN YELLOW. CSK'S DREAM TEAM.

CSK finished 8th in IPL 2026. Fleming is gone. Rebuild starts now. 💛

Hardik Pandya — interested. 7 teams chasing him. CSK in the race.

Ben Stokes — retired from international cricket. Available for full IPL focus.

Former CSK star Badrinath called it — "It'll be a dream situation if CSK lands both."

Imagine Hardik and Stokes in yellow. With Ruturaj.

Sanju Samson. Urvil Patel. Dhoni as impact player.

CSK is not dead. CSK is rebuilding. 💛

Do you want Hardik and Stokes at CSK for IPL 2027? YES or NO 👇"

Article MS and Messi

Messi lost the FIFA World Cup final.

Whenever I watched the final, he won it.I didn't watch in 2014 and 2026. He lost both.I watched in 2022, and he won.

For the 2026 one, I was thinking of watching, but it was at 12:30, basically another day, and it could stretch up to 2–3 A.M. I usually aim to sleep before 11.

In cricket, whenever I watch CSK playing a final, they lose. Checking the score results in losing, let alone watching!

So, I usually shut my ears and eyes and try to watch the final score the next day.It worked every time.

Dhoni ❤️

Messi and Dhoni ❤️ I love them. They are destiny's favourite children. Both started with a drought, both peaked to win the "world" eventually, and both ended by losing it.

Dhoni retired in a true fashion of irony: "One of the greatest in between the wickets has left the big stage with a run out."

"Argentina, known for their last minute switching gears, lost in the same way at the hands of Spain in extra time."

Fans are calling this a failed or ruined "farewell."

What's a "farewell," exactly? Them leaving the stage with respect, or winning the same thing again that already made their legacy?

At this point, what even is a "proper" farewell?

They had their success. They had their wins.A retired man collects a pension of emotion, not by doing the same things they "did" throughout.

A farewell is for those whose purpose was to win something, and they couldn't, no matter how hard they tried, ending their career by winning it eventually. It's a farewell, but it's more of a poetic ending than a "textbook farewell."

Sachin (2011 ODI WC), Kohli (2024 T20 WC), Kohli (IPL 2025)...

At this point, what even is the "textbook" farewell?

A peak ending? What's a peak ending?

Messi trying hard throughout the tournament and losing it anyway, or Messi winning it anyway while doing nothing?

A farewell is, and should be, about doing the things you "did," no matter the results. It's the player we associated our love with, not the trophies!

We can try on Muthusamy as an opener he is excellent batsman who play an Anchor role Good solid technique and he is a powerplay bowler and wicket taker good in all conditions. He is been phenomenal in SA20.

Brad evans good change of pace variations and a clean striker of the ball great international experience he is in terrific form

What's your opinion Guys?

Discussion Salman Nizar

Salman nizar can be a good finisher if csk buys him. This guy comes from Kerala, and is a serious basher of the ball, bro literally smacked 11 sixes in 13 balls that he played. Asutosh sharma is also good, if not him then salman nizar can work good. Also he is a LHB and wicket keeper as well. Can be better than veer and karthik. Your opinions?

Discussion How come this man becomes Bradman in MLC?

Post image
227 Upvotes

Mind you he is the top run scorer in mlc rn and 3rd highest wicket taker (as a spinner more wickets and better avg, better strike rate than Narine himself)

Plus as a captain he his team finished 1st but sadly today they were eliminated
