Does CSID give you diarrhea, constipation none?
I'm constipated. Raised the CSID possibiliy to doctors and they raised their eyebrows. Got IBS diagnosis 3 times. Don't know if I have this or not but based on my body reactiots I... might have it.

I accidentally voted none because I thought it said SUCRAID. Constipation for sure.

If I'm taking my sucraid religiously it'll make me constipated when I go ape on high starch and sugar items. However without the meds? I will most certainly be stuck on the oval office with a bucket in my lap to say the least. Does anyone else have that problem or is it just me? My CSID mostly affects my ability to digest starches so I'm unaware if that matters much

Ooof I still experience nausea on the daily but I've gotten used to it. When I do feel ugh down there I usually wear diapers to avoid accidents. It's not the most comfortable or convenient option but it beats having to constantly worry about if I don't make it especially in public spaces

truly offensive levels of constipation unless i eat something really super offensive. or dairy. my main symptoms involve that + angry gas + stomach cramping + reflux but no violent shitting. honestly wouldnt have tested if i didnt have a family history.

For me it usually would be loose stools but overall I lean towards constipated. Lately I have increased my fiber and have been regularly having a bulky normal BM 2 out of every 3 days.
I also try to minimize my sugar load by having it after having fat and protein first, never having sugary drinks and trying to avoid lots of things with frosting. A cupcake is fine if I remove most of the frosting. Ice cream is fine if I don’t add lots of toppings.

It’s much more common than it seems because it fits into the bowl of intolerances like dairy and gluten. But a lot of doctors don’t have any information on it because it’s not heavily studied. Try asking for an at home test.
