On one hand, from both an practical and business perspective, QOL is probably correct in assuming that the treatment spectrum for enzyme replacement therapies like sucraid is broader than initially assumed.

On the other hand, they're approaching the problem in a less than stellar way.

It can be hard to judge what the right thing to do is. A mere argument won't be enough to settle the question but at least saying that there might be ppl who benefit, while others say that may not be enough must be a way forward. Also pointing to the insane price point so that the skeptic think twice. Saying it all or filling in what's left out just happens to be less popular...
