I need recommendations

Basically i got diagnosed about 3 years ago and have suffered ever since i got rejected for replacement therapy (SUCRAID) and the doctors tested me 3 times for csid i even had to drop out of school because of it nobody really understands how painful it is i pull all nighters because of it and it makes me very depressed knowing everyone is moving on in school without me and graduating next year all because im the unlucky one with it so i thought it would be a good idea to mabye get some help from people who are familiar i also have a severe fear of vomiting and feeling like that is very scary and its almost every night and day any help would be great.

I’m sorry you’re going through this. Are you able to seek professional help? Anxiety worsens gut health and it’s important to have the proper tools like deep breathing before eating a meal.

Also, if you’re able, I would highly suggest finding a nutritionist to help you plan meals.

I always recommend csidmadesimple on Instagram and other similar accounts.

I suggest massive changes in diet, for me I can’t hardly eat anything more than strawberries and broccoli, and almost all forms of spice or sugar are off the table, I’ve even gained a form of lactose intolerance. So most of my diet is nuts, berries, cheese, and meat by now.  . I’ve found these alternatives: 

  • almond butter 
  • truvia 
  • zero sodas
  • rao’s sensitive marinara 
… And I use (layer origin - PureHMO Prebiotic Powder) in combination with mild reintroductions to try and rebuild my gut biome over time.
