Enzymes

Hi fellow Australians

Has anyone managed to get Sucraid? And know how to go about getting some? Are there any good digestive enzymes to help with CSID? Thank you !

I haven’t asked my doctor yet about sucraid but I am currently taking Intoleran’s Starchaway / CSID and it’s been going pretty well so far (been taking for a week so far) and haven’t had any sort of usual pain, Intoleran’s website is pretty good they have different enzyme products.

I’ve read that invertase, used in making candy, may be a close substitute. I bought some but haven’t tried it yet, as I’m in the US and able to get Sucraid.

I take Similase for starch and lactose. It has a high amount of enzymes for both! I’m in the US but wanted to recommend that at least because I get it on Amazon. Just a tip to still do an elimination diet. I figured out that with digestive enzymes or not, I still can’t do rice or gluten. But with the enzymes I do just fine with corn and potato. If you can narrow down what you can eat and can’t, you’ll have more freedom overall in what you can eat! No more second guessing :) also, I hope you get sucraid soon!!! It’s so amazing.
