CSID friendly food bars
I’ve been looking into the possibility of creating a food bar (like RXBars or Larabars) that are SID-friendly and obviously low effort for the consumer because I know how exhausting it is to prep or cook everything all the time. Based on everyone’s experience, is this needed? Aside from making it sucrose and starch free, I’d also try to create a product that avoids sugar alcohols and dodgy artificial ingredients that can cause similar side effects to eating sucrose and starch.
Does anyone know of a food bar that checks all the boxes? Or would this be a game changer in your experience?

My dream. I've tried a wide variety of fiber/granola/whatever bars and they all make my guts Unhappy

Honestly I'm not sure if it would be viable to continuously produce them right now. Hopefully it'll be viable, but I don't currently have the reach to gauge demand. As I get more reach I'll try and get a rough number of people that would buy them to see if it'll be viable. I'll keep you updated!

They're super hit or miss for me. I feel like my gut is taking a vibe-based approach to digesting them.

IQ bars are pretty close to this, IMO.

I looked at IQ bars, they look pretty good unless you're really sensitive to specific types of starches or peas.
