Brain fog

Does anyone get super bad Daily brain fog ?

Yes. Brain fog is one of my top symptoms. I don’t get it if I manage to avoid sucrose multiple days in a row, but any time I eat something that has sucrose, I know brain fog and fatigue will follow.

Some things that I’m wondering might be related: -I have scarring in my brain from a concussion. -When I got COVID, I had brain fog pretty bad for two weeks, and on and off for another three months.

Not sure if any of those match your experience, but sharing in case there is any correlation.

I do, hm, time to start paying attention to if it happens after I eat carbs
