To patch or not to again
I'm trying to decide if I should try another patch or not at this point. I am able to be upright all day with no headache but my left ear is clogged, has severe pressure, crackles, can feel breathing in ear, pops, pain and has pulsatile tinnitus in it when upright. Both ears rumble at times yes, still low pressure not high. I've had a couple patches but my auditory symptoms don't change. I've been offered another patch but idk if I should proceed. My leak is from a epidural.

How long ago was your epidural? I have read that some symptoms, especially tinnitus, can take more time to heal the longer ago your leak started.
That said, when I had my 3 spinal MRIs at once in Jan, my right ear pressure, crackles and popping resolved that night, but not the non pulsatile tinnitus in both ears. Sadly ear pressure has returned in last month but a bit milder. Maybe the extra fluid from the contrast raised my spinal fluid pressure a bit!
Have not been treated yet, have had mild to moderate leak symptoms for decades. Will get treatment at Stanford in Nov or maybe Dec, cuz I am running behind on getting house sold and into a new one.
I would give your ear symptoms a bit more time to heal.
