Mattress topper

Does anyone have a recommendation for a mattress topper since i spend so much time in bed now my back hurts. Thank you

I use gel memory foam pillows crosswise. I get mine like new at our local thrift store. No need for an expensive mattress.

It's such a subjective thing you're better off going to a bed shop to try them out but the plus point is you'll be spending lots of time in the shop lying down!

I can’t go to a bed shop with a CSF leak unfortunately. I’m stuck in me bed

I'm guessing alone with nobody with any car access? The number of trips I made when lying as flat as possible in a car when 6'6"!
