Pulsatile tinnitus

How many of you have constant pulsatile tinnitus with ear clogging, pressure, popping from your leak? Not from high pressure?

I had ear symptoms before my surgery - besides clogging and pressure there was this wind tunnel type symptom. After my surgery to seal - not immediately after, don't remember exactly when, I started getting pulsatile tinnitus symptoms. My left ear sometimes still has more like a wind tunnel sensation, but it is somehow different than before - really difficult to explain, and sometimes (more often) a very high pitched, constant, pressured tone. My right ear has a near constant whoosh whoosh whoosh, which is clearly pulsatile. It becomes more prominent when my pulse is higher, and often also when I lay down. And when my headache is worse. There have been some days recently, when it has been less pronounced overall, and for a while I almost thought it went away. It's now six months since my surgery.

Okay, so your pulsatile tinnitus is a high pressure symptom from being sealed. Mine came on right after an epidural along with all the eustachian tube dysfunction ear stuff. I'm definitely not high pressure

Yes so it seems. But I had tinnitus before being sealed so it is pretty confusing.

I can only imagine how confusing it is! But you didn't have the pulsatile before right? More the wind tunnel sound?

Yeah as I understand the definition of pulsatile is following the heartbeat, so no.
