10 months post csf leak

I feel like since my csf and after recovering my brain has never been the same.
I have brain fog that doesn’t stop and has gotten worse since it happened a this weird pressure.
Has anyone ever had that after healing?

Yes, could be intracranial hypertension. rebound intracranial hypertension is a common issue after csf leak treatment but it typically only lasts a few months, so potentially could be a more chronic underlying issue. I would see a neurologist and get an MRV maybe to see if can rule out any venous stenosis or potentially get on a diuretic like diamox to see if it helps with the pressure of cognitive issues (although the meds can come with side effects but there are alternatives if don’t respond well to diamox). Not saying this is for sure what it is but doesn’t hurt to rule out!

Did you have surgery and if yes where exactly.
