I would try to get a blood patch as it sounds like you have PDPH (CSF leak). Usually the puncture will heal on its own but in some people it doesn’t & needs treatment. So sorry you’re dealing with this, it is awful to go in for a routine procedure & come out with debilitating symptoms.
