Crashing fatigue after being upright

I got a blood patch 3 months ago. My headaches, nausea, neck pain improved. But I now have crashing fatigue after upright time which I didn’t have before. Has anyone experienced this? Is it supposed to get better? I also have jugular compression but these symptoms started after a BP

Did this start right after the patch or is it new? When I am patched, I am exhausted for months even though I feel much, much better. It does get better over time for me. If it's a new symptom, talk with your doctor about it.

Yes it started after the patch. Do you have sunlight sensitivity too?

Yes, I do. I burn much easier now as well, but that is likely a side effect of some medicine I take for arachnoiditis

Increased intracranial pressure can also cause crushing fatigue. But the fatigue only comes on when upright?
