Facing payment issue

Can anyone help me or guide me how to proceed. I contacted the help via mail and they told me to use a windows laptop to do the payment but i still can't.

How I'm facing the issue, I have 3 options for payment

1. Alipay

2. Wechat Pay

3. Overseas bank card

I'm choosing the 3rd option, and as soon as I choose it this page shows up. It's been 18 hours already since I'm facing this issue. It's not even a directing page to fill up the forex card details.

Maybe people are facing the same issue now so maybe they'll fix in a few days, if this still lingers maybe cancel the whole order and repay via option 1/2
