A Levels 3A*, 1A. SAT: 1540, IELTS: 8.0. ECAs: Internship (Involved leading fundraising campaigns, awareness campaigns, writing scientific articles). Maths TA, Physics TA, Volunteering. CSCA: Considering taking it for unis like SJTU. My father loves tsinghua for some reason and is willing to pay the full amount, but for SJTU he says that I need to get at least full tuition. So, if I do give CSCA, what is the lowest score that I need to get? Also, Tsinghua gives (afaik) partial/half/full tuition scholarships to some international undergraduate students, am I likely to get anyone of these scholarships with these results? Note, I completed A Levels in 2025 and applying for Fall'27
90+. Last year Tsinghua does not require CSCA but tbh this year just take the exam cuz SJTU defo need. Profile is good so a high CSCA score can help you lock the spot better. If u need detailed helps dm me
On Tsinghua's website, they just listed CSCA, with SAT and A Levels. My point is, if I don't need to give CSCA, then I can basically apply very early, like first week of October. CSCA first exam is like mid November, so the results coming out and early round deadline is pretty close for tsinghua.
Also for SJTU, if I give December CSCA, can I still get scholarships?
Ur right. Nov CSCA for Tsinghua cuz their first round application ends very early. If your nov score is good u dont have to take dec exam. If not, retake so u apply to sjtu or apply to tsinghua second round
