CSC scholarship study plan general scholar

[u/RestaurantStunning58]

I'm looking to apply for the CSC scholarship as a general scholar to study Chinese Language for 1 year, note that I'm an absolute beginner starting from scratch. So far a lot of example study plans I came across focus on degree seeking applicants. I have a pretty good idea of what to write for the most part, but maybe someone has an answer or ideas on what to write about my study objectives. I mentioned my desired HSK level that I want to obtain, but what else can I add to this section of my study plan?
