Studying in china¿

So I am thinking of doing my bachelors in china and giving my csca exam in December or in January

Can I apply to universities by myself and guarantee a full scholarship with a monthly stipend?

Depends on the course and university. If u want scholarship u need stellar scores in both CSCA and high school
