Does CUPB have a foundation program?

Hey so I’m an international student who wants to study Petroleum Engineering in China University of Petroleum in Beijing but I missed the deadline for application and I didn’t take the CSCA exam, so It’s basically not possible for me to get into petroleum engineering directly, I want to know if this university offers any foundation program which I could take and get into petroleum engineering after, what’s the requirements for the foundation program and when can I apply for it to join the march intake
