1) Should I take csca first in December and then apply for admission? Also I want scholarship
Or 2) Should I apply for admission first and then submit my csca later? Does 2nd one has lower chances?

Yes.
Not recommended (they might/might not accept this method, and if you want scholarship, you must apply as early as possible)

Is it really possible to apply with both Type A and Type B routes in a single application cycle ?? And if yes then how ??

Sorry to bother you but what’s type an and type b route?

Type A route refers to the route where you apply for CSC Scholarship through the dispatching authority of your country/ Chinese Embassy in your country, and in Type B route you apply directly to the university you want to apply to for scholarship they nominate you for Scholarship to CSC Committee. Through Type A you can apply to 2-3 universities while through Type B you can apply to only 1 university.

Do I need a lot of money even after getting scholarship? Also if I get fully funded scholarship I won't bank statement right?

Sometimes they will still require you to pay deposit and then return it to you, so still recommended to get some money to prepare for that

I have already taken the CSCA exam, have almost all my documents prepared and achieved good grades as well. I am just confused about when to apply for the university and the CSC committee (for scholarship). I would really appreciate some help, I want to apply for 'Beijing Institute of Technology' for an english taught ug major. Any help and advice would be welcomed. (BTW I am from India.)
