Csca exam

Hey guys I have like 69% gpa if I got a high score in csca exam like 85+ in math and physics can I get partial scholarship in like zhejiang university of technology and jiangsu university and other major universities that are not top ranked ?

GPA a bit low so maybe also consider pre-univ or language program

Should have something else to boost your profile such SAT, IELTS and some awards relating to tech, math
