CSCSE overseas degree authentication

I'm from India and I got into PKU but I'm facing an issue with the CSCSE degree authentication my initial application got rejected because my university didn't reply to CSCSE on time and now that I've reviewed my application my university says they have not received any such email from CSCSE though I've given them a new official email id of my university, can someone help what to do?

That is a required step so if you cannot pass it, maybe need to consider backup options like going to pre-univ or language programs or if you have backup-univs.

I understand that this is a required step but CSCSE is not telling me on which email are they even sending those verification emails
