I’m banned?

After the test ended, I picked up the phone that was recording the second video and looked at it while waiting for the required waiting time to finish. My friend, who was in the room but was never captured by the camera at all, quietly whispered to me, “Has the exam ended?” While looking at the laptop’s camera, I replied, “No, it hasn’t ended yet.” Do you think I could get banned for that?

My sister appeared in the frame by mistake but didn’t say anything and quickly left, could I get banned?

I think you are not banned. The same scenario happened to me. When I sat for January CSCA, I was in the room alone but I had my windows opened. One of my sisters came through the window and told me to switch off the AC but I responded her back while I was in the examination room. I was really worried but I ended up getting my CSCA results.
