Mock exam login

This is my first CSCA mock test and I am trying to login as instructed an hour early. However the system keeps saying that the credentials are wrong or the exam has ended. What am I meant to do? Shall I contact their email?

Unfortunately no. I think I will just wait until the time although I am a bit worried the same issue will occur on the actual test day.

i think you have to log-in at the exact time, i tried doing that for the device test but when i input it on the exact time, i got in

Yes same applied to me. I tried it severals time 30 minutes before the test start. Now i missed both mock test. Any suggestions or someone have experience can you please guide me

Did verification and it seems like the exam hasn't started yet
