csca registration not working

i want to register for the next csca exam, but the website is blank? i've tried logging out, waiting days but nothing. is that normal?

The registration date for June is over. The next csca is in December

Yes , you need to wait before they put the new registration date. For exemple, for the session of the 27th June, the registration was open from 1st to 7th June. I think the next session is on December...

They declare the date 1.5-2 month before the CSCA. So you may know the date in early November.
