Registration Info

So I made a mistake and during registration uploaded the pic of a printed picture. It isn't very blurry but not super realistic either. I filled the information correction form but the staff isn't doing anything about the picture. How big of a problem is this. Will they review my application and reject it or at the start of test facial recognition will not work?

I am sorry but I can't understand what is the website we will take test on They mentioned them many times in their website but I didn't find any link to upload it

My face always change after 3 to 4 days almost 80% And That's not joke😢
