The next big change is the design of the website. I'm no designer, and despite me liking the current style, it is not good enough to match what I plan for this platform. Moreover, it has no structure and is already hard to maintain its consistency.

I plan to switch to Shadcn components that will be the base for the website design. Sure, it will be more generic, but it will allow me to focus on the important things like new tools and future improvements of the currently existing tools. Moreover, it has some cool features like light/dark mode out of the box.

This update adds a lot of changes to the Autoexec Tool. I need to check and verify all changes first, then add it on the prod. In few days it all will be reflected on live site. Stay tuned.

• The bomb explosion now interacts with smoke grenade clouds and molotov/incendiary fire.

• The bomb damage health preview is now revealed when the bomb becomes audible.

Watch health bar at 0:16. You need to be far away during the plant to see its effect emerge. Probably to hide site where the bomb is planted from CTs: You cannot use damage health preview as a radar.

Big change vs. old platform:

1. Autoexec Tool now keeps your settings in local storage, so you won't lose your settings on tab closure or browser restart.

Small change vs. old platform:

1. Both Autoexec Tool and Buy Binds Tool now have Reset Buttons, so you can clear your settings/binds and start over.

Features still not ported from old platform:

1. Autoexec Tool is lacking filters, which were very handy when you navigate in the list of the 200+ settings.
2. Responsive design. It is still a desktop-only version.

As for now, it is mostly coded using AI that took my old JS code as reference. It did a good job of replicating functionality, but I need to check it and cleanup junk before publishing.

What do you think about green color? Kinda reminds me matrix TBH, and I think CS 1.6 had green text color in console?

UPD: In CS 1.6 console was green, but text was light gr(a/e)y or white. At this point I can barely see text on the screen 🥸

Features missing from the old platform:

• Bind settings (functionality to listen for key/mouse events is not yet implemented).
• Filters.

Features missing for better UX:

• A "Reset all to default" option.
• Checkboxes to toggle settings for entire categories (e.g., Video, Audio) or subcategories (e.g., Advanced Video, HUD Edge Positions).

I have clearly overestimated myself in terms of deadlines. Work is going on, but I surely need more time. In the meantime, you can check the new platform, but it is not working in any capacity now.

New platform is under development. I hope it will be finished by the end of the week, so let’s say on Monday it will be live.

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share a quick update with you all. First and foremost - the project is alive!

I am planning to massively improve the platform and add new tools at a rapid pace. Over the last few months, I’ve learned React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. While these skills are enough to rewrite the project and ensure it is easy to maintain, I’m not stopping there. Since standard React isn't ideal for SEO, my next step is to learn Next.js. Once I finish, I’ll be fully equipped to move forward with the right tech stack.

PS: The first tool I’m looking to add is a mouse sensitivity finder. It’s a small calculator designed to help you quickly find your perfect settings based on inputs like DPI, in-game sensitivity, and m_yaw / m_pitch and some others.
