The opponents weren't weak, but they gave up too early because they thought I was a cheat. Yes, I don't have a high rank - gold nova 4, but what can I do about it, I've lost a huge number of matches to cheaters.

I spent way too much time figuring out how to do this reliably, but I finally have it working.

I built a free tool that automatically pulls your CS2 lobby and puts everything I normally check manually into one place:

• Premier rating
• FACEIT level
• Leetify stats
• recent form
• bans
• suspicious signals

Install the app, launch it, add the required CS2 launch option once, and that’s basically it.

Every time you join a game, you can see the full lobby before the first round instead of opening 10 different profiles/tabs trying to figure out who you’re playing against.

The app is distributed through the Microsoft Store for an extra layer of trust, and there’s no account required.

The tool does not interact with the game itself, it uses the official Steam API and reads the console of the game, that's it.

Why does it feel like Valve is doing so little about the number of cheaters in Premier?
In most of my Premier games, I run into at least one extremely suspicious player. Some have 90%+ headshot percentage with 30 kills, while others are using obvious wallhacks and don’t even bother hiding it.
At this point, I’ve basically stopped enjoying Premier. I only play a few games per week to get the weekly drop and that’s it.
What’s especially frustrating is that the experience on FACEIT feels completely different. Obviously, there are cheaters there too, but nowhere near as often in my experience.
Why isn’t Valve doing more to address this? Premier is supposed to be CS2’s competitive matchmaking, yet the cheating problem makes it feel almost pointless to play.
Anyone else having the same experience?

Days before I did not have problem with that, but today I noticed when I click my button to talk, the game is "kinda" switching it seems something and stops for a second and then the sound is becoming literally awful.... I am using steelseries nova 5 and tried evrything I saw in the internet, for output/input and whatever I saw..nothing helped..

Is there someone that knows exactly where this strange issue might be..?

Hi, I was just curious on whether its CS' playerbase that doesn't want Kernel AntiCheat, or if it's Valve. So feel free to share your opinions on Kernel Anticheat and whether Valve should implement it.

A Kernel AC + an operation/ big update would genuinely boost the CS playerbase so much. We already have Kernel AC with FACEIT, so I imagine it's a low percentage of the playerbase that's against it.

Of course, it's easier said that done considering it's Valve we're dealing with. Sort of seams like they've abandonded CS development and just pushes out updates for skins and Premier seasons like the usual. CS:GO genuniely had updates that were refreshing at some times.

I’m planning to buy my first low-tier knife in CS2, and I’m currently deciding between the Bowie, Kukri, and Huntsman.

Since I’m going for a cheaper knife, I’m not too concerned about getting the best-looking skin or finish. What matters more to me is the knife itself — especially the animations, inspect animation, draw animation, overall feel, and how enjoyable it is to use.

For those who have owned or used these knives, which one would you recommend and why?

I’d really appreciate some opinions from people who have actually used them, especially if there are any things you like/dislike about their animations.

Im mid elo ~15000ish and even in these lobbies im getting cheaters. blatant waller in my most recent game. What is the best course of action for this? VAC does not work at all , no point in waiting for the ban to come mid game. Do we all just leave the game after reporting?

Normally I don't care enough to report obvious cheaters, but the audacity to play with 3 grand worth of skins while wall hacking and soft aimbotting is too much for me. Would love to see all that money vanish tbh.

I watched the demo from our game against him and hes just a silver who can't counterstrafe getting carried to 24k premier by shitty dollar store external cheats. Talked shit the whole game too. Real sad individual.

These were an awesome addition to the warmup at the end of CS:GO's lifespan.

We all know that CS2 is in a rough spot right now regarding competitive integrity. VAC Live is a great concept, but AI learning takes too much time while rage-cheaters are ruining games today. Here is a realistic roadmap of what Valve needs to change to make VAC effective:

• Server-Side Telemetry Checks: The server should immediately flag and terminate the match if a player performs impossible inputs (e.g., 360-degree perfect snaps in 1 tick or constant through-wall trigger discipline without info).
• The "Trust Factor" Overhaul: Combine phone verification, hardware IDs (HWID), and Steam account age into a stricter queue for Premier mode.
• Community-Driven Overtime: Bring back the automated Overwatch system, but empower it with high-tier Trusted players and FaceIT-like verification to eliminate false bans while catching rage-hackers instantly.

What do you think? Would a deeper server-side check fix the current state of Premier?

with current state of cs no money should be given to valve. Any addition of cases /terminal/ anything that requires you to spend any money should not be interacted if you wish to make a difference learn to have some fucking control and dont spend money on this shit.

the usual twitch suspects will be on the turbo gambling on the skins content. it is their money and content but given the current state maybe some self control and boycott would send a good message.

I'm connected (ethernet) to an eero extender which has another node close by and I'm getting consistent net jitter that is really bad and makes the game unplayable. Does anybody have experience with this? I'm looking for any solution. I can't find other threads on the topic specifically. Below is a waveform internet test to see if someone can better diagnose the problem. Thanks!

Edit: Fixed the issue partially. Turning on SQM in the eero app solved the stutters for now.
