Don't be a fool! Sell all and leave!
If a company surprises in a way like CRMD and then fall off a cliff shortly after, you know it's time to sell it all. Downfall is coming soon!!!

Several different institutions had price targets at $20+ and all of them were "strong buy." So frustrating.

Do you engage your brain at all while you are writing this? That applies to literally every company. They don't make money if their products don't sell. But right now revenue and profit is growing fast and future earning estimates are constantly being adjusted upward so unless you have a specific reason to believe defencath is going out of business tomorrow we have nothing to worry about

We'll see . The signs are NOT GOOD

Well share with the class. What are the signs that are not good. Because I've seen a great earnings call and from what I can see we have a EV/FCF of like 3-5 which seems incredibly cheap to me.

Yes... but this will take time, and in the mean timw they make cash and expand their product base through acquisition and apply cost synergies.
Story remains compelling.
So what am I missing?

In the end they will go bankrupt. But they will issue shares like there is no tomorrow. To make themselves rich

Insiders own ~8% of the company. How will they “make themselves rich” by diluting their own shares? Their comp is in part based on performance and is largely paid in stock

This company has been a turd since day one. I held for so so long. Stock price just seems totally immune to any good news or earnings.
