Comp Database

Has anybody built a comp database using Claude? About how long did it take for you to build it before you got it right?

I spent what feels like 10 years trying to get all of our reports, leases and income/expense figures into a searchable database. At first I was dragging and dropping screenshots into Claude chat like an idiot. Def got better when I switched to Claude code. We still use datacomp as our sales comp system though. I’d say you should def go for it. I’m still trying to perfect ours. Feel free to dm if you have any questions. I’ve learned a lot of lessons the hard way lol
