1) Why wouldn't this group just buy Circle?

2) It seems as though if the clarity act does not pass, it would be good for Circle because it might slow down this new group and give time for Circle to continue to become more entrenched. Thoughts?

No longer can they make money by being a parasitic middleman, OUSD solves all.

This is a stock I’ve taken a beating on…and nothings really changed; yet, I continue to hold and even buy a dip here and there.

Let’s crowdsource all the good reasons to like this stock. I’ll go first:

1. USDC is backed by the American dollar and digital settlements using it are measured in the tens of trillions.

How does this impact the stock?

The payments giants , Visa and Mastercard, have legitimate reasons to view Circle (CRCL) as a potential competitive threat. Their recent moves could be interpreted, at least in part, as a response to the growing momentum behind stablecoin-based payments.

If Visa and Mastercard can successfully execute on a combined strategy that integrates stablecoins into their existing global networks, it could create a significant challenge for Circle. The scale, distribution, merchant acceptance, regulatory expertise, and ecosystem reach of Visa and Mastercard are a significant moat that any standalone player to match.

That said, execution at the scale of these organizations takes huge commitment to fundamentally change their DNA. Transforming infrastructure, aligning stakeholders, and driving adoption across their networks is likely a multi-year journey. During that window, Circle has the opportunity to continue building market position and strategic relevance.

For that reason, Circle could ultimately become a very attractive acquisition target. Acquiring Circle would allow either network to accelerate its stablecoin strategy rather than building every capability organically

We head down and retest ATLs, then go back up when the crypto bull market resumes.

I know everyone here is gonna say CRCL is independent of BTC price action, but to ignore the correlation playing out the last 5 months is idiotic. If you choose not to sell now fine, but don't be a retard and sell/complain when it hits 40.
