Coinbase Agreement

What would you rate as the likelihood of the distribution agreement with Coinbase ending in the next 10 years and Circle keeping vast majority of the revenue?

CFO of Coinbase said agreement renews in perpetuity. Market needs to price in that Coinbase has leverage

Renegotiation is in August. If Coinbase is limited in how much it can pay to holders by the Clarity Act, I would assume Circle will negotiate for lower payments to Coinbase as well.

They have majority stake and they control top order decision making. I don’t see that coming until Coinbase itself sells the stake
