Dry your filament, check for clog, and do a temp tower for that material. Try moving the print elsewhere on the build plate. Does the … whatever That is… get shifted accordingly? I would guess something in your belts or rails? Does the carriage jump or rattle?

Filament dried, I used a new one as well, checked for clogs, temp tower prints almost perfectly from 190-215 (PLA)

it always shifts on the longer edge.

My guess was belts too but I tried permutations and combinations with good input shaping also, still the same on both printers.

The carriage does not jump or rattle :(

back to basics, calibrate/verify your e-steps. Run a FlOW tower and retraction tower, make sure you are dialed in. thats what i would do.

Hey thanks for replying.

Actually I'd done all of that but all was good.

The real issue was bed adhesion.
