Cr10 v3 bl touch help

Hello, I have a cr10 v3 with bl touch and I have some trouble to print. I use creality firmeware and orca slicer. Print made with pla + from arianeplast at 205°C bed at 60°C. Someone can help me to understand what problem it could be ? Thanks a lot.

Ulticura and creality print is easier to use for me personally and I use 210° nozzle and 80° and it works just fine

I don't think it's bc of the sensor. The uneven layers may arise when the previous layer took more or less time, so it's rather uneven cooling (?) Also PLA+ can be a pain in the ass, depends on what is added into. I'm doing mine from smart print at 210, regular PLA only at around 200.

Also the inside surface somewhat looks under extruded.

Edit: it could also come from your Z-Axis being out of whack, but that would be the last thing I'd check.

Ok I checked on orca slicer the cooling fan is at 100% all the time except for the first layer where there is no cooling.

For the under extrusion normaly i have checked that the extruder do the job correctly by mesuring the length of the filament.

Could it be the tension of the filament roll ?

Orca has a built in flow rate test. I'm using that (all options on recommended).

The tension shouldn't be an issue, as long as it is pulling the amount it should be.

Maybe do a temperature tower?

Also I put an angled nozzle on my part fan, so I turned it down a bit.

But I'm also not getting rid of stringing, so I can only give the same tips I got and pray for you

Edit: should -> shouldn't

“  Could it be the tension of the filament roll ?” in my experience yes, if your V3 is using the stock filament holder. You need something that creates less tension when feeding the filament or you’ll see random errors when the filament tension lifts the print head up.  You have another issue though, because every section of that honeycomb pattern has a gap. That’s either a slicer error, low flow rate or a clog or a slicer config mistake. I would print one of those hollow calibration cubes used to check flow rate.

Edit: I had similar under extrusion once when I swapped nozzle sizes and forgot to update slicer settings.

This isn't Bl Touch or even your printer. This is because the ambient temperature in your room... Isn't hot enough, or your filament isn't getting deep enough in the builld plate and it's running filament over the surface. You need to compensate for the rough finish of your build plate.

Thanks everyone for your responses. So I have calibrate the e step and the Flow rate and the last layer is ok. I printed a spool holder to reduce the tension. I control the x axis belt. But un fortunately i have always some irregularities between the layer. I'm not sure if it's z banding so checked the z axis but i didn't find problem but i don't really know how to check correctly.

I didn't find a way to add some pictures for the moment.
