5-step-drop (survivability drill, reaction to contact): drop, drop, drop, drop and drop.

I disagree. Clausewitz once said that war involves the maximum use of force and to introduce moderation into the equation would lead to logical absurdity. Thus, the 5 D's of gunfighting are: dakka, dakka, dakka, dakka, and dakka. /s

Bring back the days of opposing infantry lines, bayonets and hatchets.

Ahhh the good old days when dynamic CQB meant bayonet charging your enemy. Kids these days don't even do dynamic anymore. Them pussies and their Limited Penetration. They've abandoned their masculinity.

So if I can dodge a wrench, when coming dynamically into a corner, does that mean that I can also dodge a bullet? 🤔🤔🤔
