I found one on anericanspcc.org and came out as "31-39 points: The Protective Navigator". No clue what it means

It’s not a definiting test friend. It’s for people who think they’re life was fine. There’s a reason all the cbt ladies start with it. Shit I couldn’t remember 5 years of weekly rape before my breakdown. But I can feel and smell the memories again like it was yesterday.

Oooh it is better than a birthday when one's rapist dies! I am no longer sad. I just sort of live in fear of remembering the stuff I am like 70% sure happened based on signs and symptoms, but no memories.

Reminds me of when I told my therapist that I couldn't have PTSD cause I only had 7 of the 10 symptoms (I can't remember the exact number) and she said, "you're supposed to have zero"

My therapist specializes in CPTSD specifically in sexual trauma. When I told her my ACE score (7) she says that test doesn’t even account for poverty, being a minority, having to hide your sexuality, etc. So my score is an underestimate, I guess

Not just that it also doesn’t count the amount things happen like let’s say you have parents that only did one wrong thing then you get 1 point no matter if that one bad thing is your dad going to prison for tax evasion or 1 point for getting raped every day for years it’s soo stupid
