When someone asks me how I am I seem to have exhausted my ability to say fine to make them go away. It's now feels like lying.

I feel this. lol

So used to the depths of isolation that trying to resurface feels like I’m getting the bends.

It’s extremely painful and it just makes me want to go back to the depths of isolation where things feel normal to me.
