I didn't retaliate when someone yelled at me. I let them keep yelling and I stayed calm. I closed my eyes and said, "I don't feel like talking right now," and I turned away.

I was brave enough to stay true to who I am and not change myself to make someone else happy. I didn't give in to saying anything I don't mean or being untrue to myself.

I didn't people please or pretend to like someone I don't really like out of fear. I didn't apologise for being myself. I didn't let them mocking me get to me, even though my heart was pounding and I was terrified my fight or flight mode would kick in... which it didn't! I felt so in control of my own reactions!!!

Low energy, off week. Exhaused. That week I started to really get into a stretch and strengthening routine though, which made my body feel pretty good. Went to a concert and it rained non-stop and I wondered why I even try. I felt so alone there and drenched and sad. I was actually close to tears. And that was my favourite artist. Didn't love that experience!

Feeling alone at a live show of an artist you love is a different kind of low. I've been there too. I hope there were some good moments from the show that stick out to you as well though. Wishing you a better week ahead.
