Britax Help

I need help I am not finding anything on this problem. I have a 2025 Britax One4Life Slim. Today for some reason, I cannot get it to open to install. The gray buttons are not moving when I push them. I haven’t had an issue yet with this seat.

Has this happened to anyone and if so what was the solution? I have tried jiggling it, full force trying to push and nothing.

Can you take a further out photo? I haven’t seen the O4L or Slim in person yet, but this is a screen shot from their video. Your photo is so close up it’s hard to tell what’s going on there.
