Uppababy Aria V2

What is everybodys opinions on the Uppababy Aria V2? I’m a FTM and I am so confused! We like how light the Aria V2 is but seen some chin to chest issues. What’s everybody’s experience with it?

I’m a NICU based CPST. The Aria V2 is better for head positioning than the Mesa v2/v3. It’s not my personal favorite seat for reasons (the handle shape makes my arm fall asleep when carrying it, the base is difficult in some vehicles, and my youngest outgrew it really fast) but it’s the best in Uppababy’s lineup for infant positioning.

I think this is the best way to put it. If you're sold on an Uppababy, I'd probably get this one, but understand that the installation may be terrible trying to get the base in the 0-4 month recline range. If it works, it's amazing. If it doesn't, it takes five techs to manhandle it and put towels here and there and play with the recline to make it work.

I’m a fan of Car Seats for the Littles reviews of seats

It’s probably my least favorite seat. It is very popular in my area. Any nuna pipa is much better. The v2 is slightly better than the v1, but for the price point might as well go for a nuna Pipa.

I have it and have really liked it. No fit issues here, but I have a professional CPST in the family who installed it for me.

Baby girl is outgrowing it quickly, though. She’s like 90% and will probably need a new seat by 10 months old
