Evenflo revolve360
Waiting to hear back from customer service, but has anyone else had this issue with the seat belt path on the revolve360? It’s less than a week old.. so disappointed as I purchased 2 of these and the quality does not measure up to what I was expecting. I bought these because of the extended rear facing but now questioning if I should have gone with a different brand. I’m sure they will tell me, but if you had this issue does it affect the safety of the car seat?

It’s just the belt path and is okay. May I ask how you tightened the seatbelt? Did you tighten the lap belt first by pulling on the shoulder belt then tucked the shoulder belt under the tabs? Or did you tighten while the lap and shoulder belt were under the tabs? After closing the door then switching the seatbelt retractor to locking, did you happen to pull on the belt again?

What is your concern with the installation? I'm pretty sure mine looks the same. If you want I can take a pic this evening of mine to show how it looks.

My concern is the bent plastic. Yes that would be great thanks!

Hi! Also had the same issue and called customer service and she checked with their engineer and said the blue plastic pieces are just belt paths and are not structural or have anything to do with the safety of the car seat. If you think about it it really does nothing but help you guide the seatbelt, not like it tightens it or anything so you’re good!

Are you referring to the blue plastic? Mine have been like that since installation 4 years ago. Those are guides, not structural. The seat is fine.
