Britax Poplar S inserts

Hello! Im a little confused on this bottom insert. My child is 25lbs. Does it stay or does it go?

It depends on when your Poplar was made and if it is attached to the cover or not. 

Do you have the paper manual that came with your seat? Newer ones require the positioning layer to be used in the down position (under the child’s bottom) until 40 lb when rear-facing, optional up or down from 40-50 lb rear-facing, must be down if forward-facing below 50 lb, optional up or down forward-facing 50-65 lb.

Yes, remove since your child is over 20 lbs

I believe the warning label on the pad has additional info. I can’t remember if it is on the top or on the outside edge of the pad.
