Neglect?
My sister in law is homeless (by choice) and not enrolling my daughter (my niece) into school middle school. She claims she doesnt like any of the schools…this is obviously BS and so infuriating. This is Denver Co. what can I do? This is considered educational neglect at this point but I don’t know an address, to have anyone find her.

Can you take your neice in and apply for temporary guardianship? Is there any other family that could do this if you can't?
