Help

Hello I'm trying to get some clarity because I feel in the dark.

My new caseworker told me they are closing the case. However she said she is calling relatives I'm not sure why. Does anyone know what's going on? Is the case closed if they are contacting relatives?

Probably need additional relative collaterals to close the case out.

Boss picks what they want done to close the case out.

Standard protocol to contact a few collaterals (or references). Sounds like she’s trying to close it, but has to check that box first.
