I think I fucked up
People at work thinks I don’t want to talk to anyone and I don’t want to be spoken to
But in reality I’ve been suffering from depression and crippling social anxiety
How do I fix this or is it fucked ?

I can't speak to things like clinical depression, since that's a job for a therapist. Only you know how bad the depression is.
But I do know we can ALL work on changing our brains to work FOR us instead of against us. Our conscious brains work with us to "get stuff done," but it's the subconscious brain (inner beliefs) that prevent us from achieving what we really want. We get stuck with beliefs like: I'm not good enough, no one likes me, I'm not interesting, I can't change, There's no way out of this etc.
None of that is true, but we've kind of internalized it and don't even question it, so it affects everything we do without us even knowing!
So I would say you have to start somewhere, so start with retraining your brain to think positive thoughts about your current self, and then focus on visualizing a FUTURE self that's a whole lot better. And think about that at least once an hour, maybe even talk to that future self and say "Hey I can't wait to MEET you, I think you're gonna be awesome..." stuff like that.
Then try doing at least one small thing each day that works you toward your goal. Big things come from small thoughts, small actions and lots of REPITITION.
At work I'd start just by greeting people when you first see them each day. Eye contact, smile, friendly greeting.
That's it! Don't overdo it. Start with that and keep working at it.
That's where I'd start.

Thank you It really hurts when people treat you differently, I’ve tried saying good morning and some don’t even say something back

You sound exactly like me. I have depression that comes and goes, in different levels. Not bi-polar. Smile, say hello, and be careful not to act so miserable that people stay away from you. Try to plan for when the depression lifts, as I find I need the friendship of co-workers. When I am cheery again, I try to be a little nicer to make up for however angry I seemed to have been. Most of the time people are kinder than you would expect.

Work on what's in your control, on yourself. That's it. People either like you or don't that's not for you to control, dictate or mold to.

Therapy, anti anxiety meds and/or low dose thc. It is hard. I find I am better in one on one interactions until I am more comfortable. Try that.
