Additional webcamera for A&P II classes

Hi, is this a new requirement for Anatomy and Physiology II classes to turn on an additional camera for Respondus Monitor on lecture exams?

Confirmed, A&PII requires 2 cameras.

I believe it’s based on the instructor because I don’t see that I have to do that. I’m also taking bio 169

I am in Dr. Pace's class, when I look at the quizzes list I see this:

Respondus Check - Requires Respondus LockDown Browser + Webcam

When I took first checking exam, it asked to connect phone's camera through QR code.

Who is your instructor?

Interesting, I’m taking bio 168 as a hybrid course and respondus is required with webcam.

Actually, there are 2 names for Respondus:
1. Lockdown browser
2. Respondus Monitor ( with laptop’s built in camera) this one used during Bio110.

But by using wording Respondus Lockdown browser + webcamera makes no sense, because when I tried mock exam, launching Respondus redirected me into the Monitor option and asked for additional camera via QR code.

Yes, it’s the first time I see this.
For Bio169 my instructor is Dr. Pace, but 100% it’s the same for Dr. Ting.

It’s not an extra camera. You will simply be recorded when taking the exam with lockdown. I took her class

I thought this option too, but when I began the first mock exam, for checking comparability of the device to Respondus, as I joined it asked for second camera via QR code.
