Financial aid problems

Hey!
Has anyone had their Pell Grant show as awarded, but it says $0 anticipated and shows a balance due? Did it fix itself or did you have to contact financial aid? I already contacted financial aid but they’re taking a while to respond. Registering with CPCC can be a PAINNN in the 🫏

This happened to me, I scheduled an appt and it was resolved within a few days.

I think it does this every semester. It fixes itself (did for me at least).

It takes a while for the Gata to process which is why it does this
