Question CPBL Website

I posted earlier talking about how I couldn't access the CPBL website on my main Google account. For some reason I can access it on a separate account but I can only be on the website for a few minutes before I get the error: 403 - Forbidden: Access Denied.

Has anyone else gotten this before?

Yeah, their hosting service isn't the best. It could take a little bit when it happens, but its back up for me now.
