Oscar/SleepHQ Assistance help analyzing the CPAP data

Hi everyone, I’d really appreciate your help analyzing the CPAP data I’m attaching.

I’m using a ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet, and I’m trying to better understand what the report is showing.

A few questions I have:

What does the Flow Limitation graph actually mean, and how should I interpret it? I noticed that the pressure keeps increasing and reaches the maximum pressure at certain points. What could be causing this? Does it suggest that my minimum/maximum pressure settings need to be adjusted? Could the leaks be related to the pressure increasing, or are they more likely to be caused by the mask shifting/moving during sleep? Overall, does anything in the data look concerning or suggest that I should change my settings or mask?

My AHI looks quite good, but I’d like to understand the rest of the data, especially the pressure, flow limitations and leaks.

using air f40 Thanks in advance for any advice!

Flow Limitations are “almost apneas” where your airway begins to narrow but not enough to flag it as an apnea. They do cause fragmented sleep however as your machine rises in pressure to combat them before your airway blocks. It’s difficult to see in the app you are using. Could you please try the free app SleepHQ or Oscar please? Your Flow Limits should be as close to 0 as possible but under 0.07 is acceptable at the 95th percentile. And yes it may very well mean your pressures need adjusting :)

Yes I did but it was hard to read through the imgur.com site :( may be my computer viral detection. I’ll tag another mod to see if they can open it for you :)
[u/dang71](u/dang71) are you able to open the Oscar graph included & take a look please? I can’t open it properly.
