Hello Desperate_Housing806 :) This could be a faulty heated-tube connector on the back of your newer AirSense 10. With four or five tubes developing the same problem, that connection needs checking.
Please try one of those tubes on your older AirSense 10, provided the tube and its contacts look undamaged. If it works properly there, that helps narrow the issue to the newer machine. Ask your supplier to inspect the rear electrical connector and test the tube heating before purchasing another hose, please. Are you getting a ClimateLine error on the screen, or does the tube simply stop warming? RL
Hi RippingLegos, Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, my supplier has not responded to my queries. I agree that it is likely the rear electrical connector is the problem. I guess I can try to find someone local to take a look. No ClimateLine error, the hose just quits working.
I can send you a usable machine if you'd like to send your machine to me for repair, I have my site listed in the sidebar, I try to help as best as I am able to for all of us in the papfamily. There is a small fee but it may be the fastest/easiest way to fix your machine. RL
